Dear KSG members,
We would like to cordially invite you to our General Assembly on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 7 p.m.
According to the current state of preparation, the following agenda is planned:

Would you like to represent our community on the front line, organize events and determine the direction of our KSG together with a diverse group? Then why not run for the church leadership! To do this, you can sign the list in the KSG hall and confirm your candidacy with your signature.
But there are also other ways to get involved in shaping the coming winter semester. We are once again looking for suggestions for both our theme evenings and our donation project. Do you have a good idea? Then let us know! Either enter it in the corresponding list in the KSG hall or send us an email with your suggestion to gvv@ksg-leipzig.de!
Candidatures for the GL and suggestions for theme evenings and fundraising projects are possible until 10.01.2024 at 23:59.
We are also grateful for suggestions for social or God & Faith evenings, which we will use as inspiration for the next semester. If you have an idea, you can enter it directly here or in the list in the hall.
Motions that you already know you want to put forward at the GVV can be submitted by e-mail to gvv@ksg-leipzig.de by 17.01.2024 at 19:00. Otherwise, substantive motions can also be submitted during the meeting.
If you or your group would like to report something at the GVV, please also send an email to gvv@ksg-leipzig.de by 11:59 p.m. on January 10, 2024.
Both the theme evenings and donation projects will be presented online in text form in advance. We therefore ask you to take a look at the documents before the GVV, as there will be no presentation on the evening itself, but only the opportunity to ask questions.
It will also be possible to vote by postal vote. Postal voting is possible both for the theme evening election and for the election of the GL candidates at the election office in the KSG. You will have the opportunity to do this on 14.01. and 21.01. after the church service or on 17.01. after the church evening.
